  • All orders are shipped within 3 business days
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday
  • The cut off time for placed orders to begin processing is 3PM MST. If you need to change your order please reach out to us ASAP at periodsixdesigns@gmail.com so we can try to accommodate you. 
  • Delivery time given at checkout is an estimate given by the carrier. These times are not guarantees unless a service such as Next Day Air is selected. Period Six is not responsible for any shipping delays. 
  • Period Six is not responsible for any packages lost in transit for addresses that are input incorrectly. We do not edit addresses so your package will be shipped to the address that is typed in. In the event that you input your address incorrectly and your order is returned back to us, there will be a charge to resend it with the corrected address.
    • If your address is entered incorrectly and you contact us prior to shipping, we will refund the order and you will have to re-order, as we will not be responsible for entering your address. Again, we do do not edit the address that is input.  

If you received free shipping with your order, and your order is returned to Period Six for any reason (this includes you did not pick up your package in a sufficient amount of time or you requested a return to sender upon attempted delivery), you will be eligible for a refund minus the actual shipping costs incurred by Period Six. 

If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that there may be additional charges associated with receiving on your order. Period Six is not responsible for any additional charges associated with receiving your order.    

All of our glitters are sold by weight. The weight varies based on the type of glitter so please check the description of each glitter.  

 All of our glitter comes in lidded jars. The same jars you see in each of the pictures. In the future we may sell smaller quantities in bags.  

Yes. For continuity sake, we use a jar that can accommodate all of our glitter sizes. Our glitter is measured by weight and different glitters have varying volumes. Since the volume of a weighted glitter can vary, the space it takes up in the jar can vary as
well.    

All sales at Period Six Glitter are final.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm Mountain time. All emails and inquiries will be responded to within 2 business days.  

Stolen Packages: Period Six is not responsible for packages that are stolen. All instances of package piracy should be worked with local authorities and the shipping service selected.  

 

Lost Packages: Period Six is not responsible for lost packages. Please work with the shipping service selected to help locate package. In many instances, there is insurance coverage for lost packages and that process can be worked with the shipping service. 

 

Damaged Packages: If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at periodsixdesigns@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of delivery, After 5 calendar days, no requests for refunds or replacements will be honored.  Please include your name, order number and email address (if emailing from a different email than the order was placed from) as well as pictures of damage.

 

 

Although we try our best, on occasion, we may send you the incorrect glitter or rhinestones, please contact us within 5 calendar days at Periodsixdesigns@gmail.com so that we can make it right. Please include your name, order number and email address in your email.
